Commit #13 is a Tall Tree

Petrino picked up commitment number 13 this week from 6'5" athlete, Jervohnte Riles, from Bessemer, Alabama. Riles projects at multiple positions including WR, TE, DE or LB. He brings great size, decent speed, good ball skills, and pure athletic ability. He has selected Arkansas over several other SEC schools. He's a Rivals 3 star and ESPN 4 star athlete. He runs a 4.6 40 and weighs 230.

Number 12 for 2011

Coach Petrino picked up commitment #12 on Monday from 6'1" 185 4.5 40 Safety Roderick Ryles from Orlando, Dr. Phillips High School. Ryles is rated the #29 safety in the country for his class. Ryles attended Coach Petrino's camp over the weekend and committed upon his return to Orlando.

Cookin' Hawgs!

Brey Cook, a 6-7, 315, 5.2, OT chose Arkansas over Oklahoma and a host of other schools today. Cook, who played for Springdale Har-Ber is the number one recruit in Arkansas and a top ten Offensive Lineman in the country. He grew up an Arkansas fan, but said he was torn about his decision between Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Auburn - his top 3. He says he's ready to recruit more players to Arkansas and win championships.
