One of Coach Petrino first requests as Head Hog was to replace the grass field at Razorback Stadium with artificial turf. The University recently fulfilled the request. Petrino wanted a faster field that he could utilize for practice on game weeks to prepare for home games. Hopefully it will lead to more home wins in Fayetteville...we're still awaiting comment from former athletic director Frank Broyles; the namesake of the football field.
